I recently visited the Hard Rock Cafe with a friend, and we had an incredible experience from start to finish. We were seated right away and greeted by our amazing waitress, Donneisha, who took great care of us throughout the night. We kicked things off with drinks, and let me tell you — they did not disappoint. I went for their signature Hurricane cocktail and decided to order the large, since finishing it meant you got to keep the collectible glass. (Spoiler: challenge accepted and conquered!) When the food arrived, everything looked and tasted phenomenal. We ordered a little bit of everything — the shareable buffalo wings, the margarita flatbread, and the fiery Diablo Burger. Every dish was served hot, fresh, and bursting with flavor. Of course, no visit to Hard Rock is complete without taking in the iconic atmosphere. The walls are lined with legendary memorabilia from some of the greatest names in music, making the entire place feel like a museum for big kids and music lovers alike. I highly recommend walking around to see what pieces of rock history you can spot. I can’t wait to come back and explore even more of what Hard Rock has to offer — both on the plate and on the walls!

Hard Rock never disappoints, even though it's been years since I've been in one, the location in Time Square was awesome. We didn't have a reservation, walked in and joined the waiting list and enjoyed the store and displays until our table eas ready. Keff was our server, he was very attentive to us and delightful. Enjoyed all the different eras of music and seeing music videos being streamed during dinner was really nice.

I would say overall, my experience was wonderful, mainly because of the bartender that was serving me. He was fantastic. Made sure that I got my drink fast. And made sure my order was in. He also made sure to check in with me regularly. But also spaced my appetizer and my main entrée so I didn’t receive them back to back. The atmosphere was awesome as well. Live music was basically what I was looking for. You should definitely come check out this Hard Rock Cafe, especially when they have live music.

I was super impressed with the staff at the NYC location! We had 13 people (3 adults and 10 twelve year old Girl Scouts) and made 2 separate reservations. I did not request that we be sat near each other but someone noticed the last names on the reservations matched and they linked the two. We had to wait 15 minutes for our reservation but the girls were pumped to have time to shop. One of the girls was carrying around a cinch bag that had broken so she found a backpack in the store to buy. The girl at checkout realized why she was buying the bag and gave her a Hard Rock cinch bag instead. Helping our Girl Scout rather than making a sale! What a great role model! Once we were seated we had 2 different waiters (which we were told about a head of time) who were fantastic! The gentleman had a table of 6 girls. He was great with them! Making jokes and just having fun. The waitress my table had was super attentive and kept up with refills before the girls had to ask. Never once did we feel like our large party of mostly kids was a bother. The food was also really good. The French fry’s were perfection!

Me and my boyfriend came here on a gay date night last week and had a wonderful time together! We r from DE and drove up for dinner and a show. We both got burgers and we loved them! Cooked to perfection as well. We sat in a booth and had a great time together! The decor here is unlike any other hard rock I have ever been to. We sat at a booth because tables make u look low class and inferior and submissive. If you don’t wanna get bullied and picked on by me and the frat boys u must sit in a booth. Me and the frat boys will look down on anyone Sitting in a table. Me and my boyfriend will definitely be back here again we had so much fun looking down upon other diners sitting at tables. This is an awesome LGBT friendly restaurant as well! Definitely come check this place out.
